What are the shipping guidelines?
We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Orders made on Saturday will only be shipped on Monday. We provide only local shipping.

What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
We use POSLAJU or POS EKSPRES for all regular orders and will email you the tracking number once shipment has been made.

3. strictly no back-outs once order has been verified. we do not tolerate back-out buyers.

4. reservation on item(s) is only valid for 24 hours. item(s) will be released once time is up and when there is no reply nor payment has been made.

5. all items will be delivered only after full payment is made. buyers are to bear all shipping charges (refer to postage rates)

6. payment is to be made within 24 hours of placing order via CIMB account.

7. we do not issue any exchange or refunds.Incorrect sizing will not fall under return policy.

8. kindly take note that we will not be held responsible for lost parcels during postage.

9. in case of last minute cancellations, no refunds will be done.
